What forms of payment do you accept?

Checkout accepts all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

How do I purchase something online?

Click "Add to cart" on any item you'd like to purchase. The cart will walk you through checkout - it's quick and painless. If you have any questions, use the contact form and I'll get back to you.

Will I receive an email confirmation?

Yes. You'll receive an email confirmation listing everything you ordered along with all associated costs. If you have any issues, please contact me as soon as possible.

I forgot to apply a sale code at checkout. Can I still get the discount?

Send me a message using the contact form and I'll gladly reimburse you the discount amount.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email or call me as soon as possible and I'll take care of it: (734) 756 6726. Please note, orders ship within 24-48 hours - it may not always be possible to cancel after that point.

I want to return my purchase, what do I do?

If you're not happy, I'm not happy. Please contact me to make arrangements. I offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery, minus the cost of packing and return shipping.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders ship within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location and shipping carrier, you should receive your order in 3-7 business days. International orders may take a bit longer.

Can you ship to a different address than my billing address?

Yes! Just enter a separate shipping address during checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

I ship to all US and Canadian addresses. International shipping is available for small items under 2 lbs (1kg)

What if something arrives damaged?

Please check all packages for damage upon delivery. If anything arrives damaged send me photos of the box and piece at kayserceramics@gmail.com. Save all packaging - the carrier will need to pick up the damaged items. I'll handle the claim from my end.

Where are you located?

I have a home studio in Ypsilanti, Michigan. If you're in the area, reach out - I'd be happy to have you come by for a studio visit.

Do you commission artwork?

All of my work is one of a kind, so exact replicas aren't possible. But if you see something you like that isn't currently available, send me a message - I'm always happy to chat about what's coming next.
